Make your own skin care

Make your own natural skin care products > Face & Body Scrubs

Exfoliating scrubs are really simple to make using fresh ingredients from your cupboard. You will save money and you can tailor it to your specific skins needs. Free from artificial chemicals and preservatives, these scrubs are effective to use on most skin types (except highly sensitive skin). Exfoliating scrubs remove dead skin cells and debris from the surface of the skin, clearing blocked pores, leaving your skin glowing, fresh, brighter and more youthful. Exfoliating once a week will help to increase the circulation and smoothness of your skin. Always moisturize skin after using an exfoliating scrub.

Body scrubs can be used more often and can be made with coarser materials, as the skin on the body is less fragile than the face. Dry skin brushing is a good method of removing dead skin cells, and also improves the flow of lymph, helping eliminate toxins. Use long sweeping strokes on dry skin, brushing towards the heart.
